I have not been good this week. With me being sick for a couple days and us getting ready to move I have justified why I am eating what I am eating way to often. I'm not looking forward to my weigh in that's coming up in a couple days.....

Update
I gave in and weighed in this morning. Much to my surprise I lost a pound over the last week. It was a really rough week all around so that was encouraging to see. Here's hoping to many more pounds are lost in the weeks to come!!
I made it through the week, sort of...
I did so good for the first few days...then we went out of town. That made it hard. We did go swimming so I got some exercise in :). Then some things in our life got a little turned upside down. Hopefully everything will start getting back on track. It may be another week or so before I do my 1st weigh in and before I get back to this blog. On a brighter note...my jogging stroller arrived and I can't wait to get it put together and use it! I am so excited!

Day 2
Oh today was a much better day! I still did pretty well with my eating. I didn't snack, ate good portion sizes and exercised! I was able to run a half mile! Woot! And then I walked another half. It felt so good to run again! It didn't cause any more pain in my arm, and I am hoping that it stays that way. Also today I ordered
this jogging stroller. I can't wait to get it so that I can take Addison running with me.
P.S. my walk this morning got cancelled due to rain. Where is my sun?!

Day 1, Week 1
Thanks for stopping by my new blog. I hear that it takes two weeks to make a habit. I hope that's true. It's going to be a rough two weeks. My day started out pretty well. I was motivated. I weighed in this morning, (I won't be disclosing my weight until I feel comfortable to do so), I ate fairly well. I was excited to go to the store to buy some good food. I vowed to exercise this evening sometime. Sounds like a good day right? Well, this was my actual day. I woke up, blogged,got on facebook, checked out a few other things online, got Addison and myself breakfast. I tried to teach Addison and her 3 year old only child cousin to share...ha, I showered, weighed in, got ready for the day, and picked up Jaxson from school. So far so good. We got home, I fixed lunch, tried to keep my one year old from climbing up on chairs....still feeling pretty good..then for some strange reason anxiety struck. I took Addison to the store to get some food thinking that would help. Addison got all sorts of ornery at the store, it was nap time, so we just got a few things and left. She quickly fell asleep in the car on the way home. After getting home I tried for an hour to get her back to sleep, because 15 minutes just isn't enough for her!! No such luck, and of course now I am ornery. Eric got home and I passed her on to him and went straight to my room, cried, and fell asleep until he woke me up at 7:00 tonight. Wow! Such a whirl wind of emotion already!! Am I the only person this happens to on the first day?! Probably. But tomorrow is a new day, and my day starts with a walk with one of my best friends and our one year old girls (yup, we both have one). So, I made it through day #1! With no exercise, but, Yay! I made it!
So, this blog needs a lot of work. It will probably take time to get this going strong. But who knows...maybe in time it will be the coolest blog around...haha. Stick with me...for those of you who decided to join with me, or who have already started healthier living share with me your successes and stories! I would love to hear from you. I would love recipe ideas too! I am going to do my best to check in weekly if not more often. I will be weighing in weekly also. I will share with you my successes, and anything cool I learn or try!!
